This virtual charrette for a live interior architecture project in Pinnock Estate Lekki, Lagos, NG aims to serve a private, London-based, Nigerian-born client. The big question we aim to answer is how to shrink the gulf between Lagos and London through an interior architecture proposal that straddles London and Lagos such that if the house was English language, it will be spoken with a Nigerian accent.

Through the knowledge of our resident architects and cost consultant who double as instructors, Intending participants will learn how to make a pragmatic interior design proposal through starting with a theme, selecting appropriate FFE ( Fixtures, Furniture and Equipment), preparing comparative bill of quantities and supervising the project to meet the ideals of the Proposal. Successful candidates will receive a Certificate of Completion.
