First place winner of the private competition for a 17 stories housing building. Located in the district of Playa Salguero, approximately 250m from the sea. The project aims, through a series of formal strategies, to optimize the visual to the sea for most of the apartments. The building is divided into two bars allowing cross ventilation in all apartments, contributing to a lower temperature and reducing energy consumption.

With four apartments per floor, the project offers three bedroom units in the longest bar and two rooms on the shorter bar. All apartments share the same set of architectural order. A completely open social area with living room, dining room, kitchen and terrace, and a private area for the rooms.
