The Government of Ecuador decided in 2012 to concentrate all its entities through 7 different complex. This project proposes a permeable group of buildings that turns into a continuation of the city while walking. The citizens could be allowed to use the outside governmental headquarter as a space for them, according to the spirit and policies of the new administration. The proposal provides pedestrian commuting through all the program, prioritizing the use of public spaces as a conection strategy.
