Temporal House - Housing Studio

The question of what a Neo-Nomad in the burgeoning Harlem neighborhood was the question of the studio to define. The conclusion is that the Neo-Nomad is one that never stagnant, so the housing requirements are to be mobile and flexible.

The Temporal House is a collection of personalized mobile units that can be 'plugged-in' to the prime living spot, connected to all the necessary supports while the occupant is in-house. The unit can then be 'unplugged' and stored underground below the complex while the Nomad is out.

The complex houses the necessary amenities (bathrooms, kitchens, laundry, exercise and entertainment) facilities that are communal. The housing units face the interior of the block, and the communal facilities face the street.
