The project is based in Marsassoum, Senegal. A country where only 50% of children have access to education and where classrooms are often over crowded with students due to the lack of educational institutions. The project is proposed in order to give the children the opportunity of a better future and to the community to directly participate in the construction of the school. The project uses local, recycled and affordable materials. Through a simple construction process and ventilation system it is possible for the community to learn these techniques and to continue replicating  these methods in local constructions. Thus giving the community a great  tool for  future development.
