Positive Solutions: Cafeina Innovation Award 2021, 1st Place

Mentored by a Cafeína associate, proposed altered realities to promote a positive impact for the communities where they are located. The finalists were selected to reflect on how architecture can become a positive bridge for the improvement of complex problematics in the contemporary cities. The brief included the development and rehabilitation of an existing mall that would have co-living, dynamic retail, and an adaptive reuse.
