The project consisted of a renovation and an addition to an existing historical house from the 17th century. The design approach was a modern aesthetic applied to the new living areas. The new proposed space was designed in a mid-century modern style, creating a contrast between the historical home. The program consisted of an open kitchen, a master sitting room, the master bedroom, a luxury bathroom, a powder room, a library, and an indoor pool.
