The offered plot is in a residential area delimited by the surrounding road and two avenues of radial penetration in the municipality North sector. It possesses a level difference of approximate one meter in the principal frontal road from which both principal accesses appear, fact of that we will take advantage to improve the interior -exterior relation turning the exterior spaces into landscaped meeting zones.
This form we arrange the building that consists of a longitudinal block of straight directive South-east-Northwest and four transverse blocks of variable length that are generating, like comb, interior courts opened for the main face. Two floors are established on slope for public access and a basement destined for the parking and other services / enclosures for facilities. In the intersection with both extreme pieces are placed the vertical communication nucleuses (stairs and elevator) that connect in every floor with a great longitudinal distributor which is coming out around the opened courts of the transverse blocks, identical traffic scheme into both floors.
The waiting rooms of the different areas are arranged as the great distributor tangential prolongation, avoiding the crossing of general traffics with traffics of consultation access.
We propose a building in which disposition and orientation in the plot determine the own distribution, and that uses passive systems to diminish the energetic demand; like minimize the topographic intervention, to organize clearly the traffics and accesses, to differentiate its fronts treatment depending on the orientation or to industrialize the construction process optimizing the costs and the maintenance.
