The plot is in the south of the P.I. El Cerezo, it possesses some 840m2 of surface and borders on neighboring plots in the northern, eastern and southern parts. From the beginning we bet for two differentiated buildings: composed by three industrial attached premises, with a only height, adaptated to the irregular dividing border to shelter three small enterprises of new creation. Other one is a one floor piece attached to the south boundary, which lodges the management center, with an office for the technical person in charge, a small room of meetings and a bathroom. These pieces are opened for an interior maneuvers court for the entry and exit of vehicles. There has been looked a main face of accessible proportions that offers a hybrid perception of the set between the urban thing and the industrial thing.
Are proposed two accesses from the west road; the first one for pedestrian traffic and access to the management center, and the second one for the vehicles passing to the parking and maneuvers court in the interior of the plot. In the whole process we have given priority to criteria of functionality and efficiency in the distribution, use and maintenance, both interior and exterior, as well as the commitment with the energetic saving. Constructivly it has been solved by metallic structure and prefabricated concrete units that accelerate the assembly for the premises, and brick closings walls for the small management center. The practicable aluminium frames, together with the openings in the access doors and the installation of air extractors in the roof provide a natural continued ventilation, and to improve the natural lighting have been instaled reinforced polyester skylights.
