This six acre development site in Old Montreal features a former Canadian Pacific Railway train station and luxury hotel designed by Architect Bruce Price. The heritage buildings have been entirely restored and converted into award-winning office spaces (Architecture Masterprize 2020) now home to Lightspeed’s headquarters. This site is considered a heritage property by the Ministry of Culture and Communications of Québec.
Since I joined Jesta Group in July 2017, I’ve participated in the concept and design development of the projet, conducted market studies, defined the property’s positioning and visual identity, produced all marketing and leasing tools and oversaw the design of the residential and hotel interiors (and their approval by the hotel brand).
In my latest role, I’ve spearheaded the landscape architecture & wayfinding projects and obtained their approval by the Minister of Culture of Quebec and the City of Montreal. I’ve lead the office and retail leasing efforts in close collaboration with our broker teams and successfully secured Novartis International as an anchor tenant.
