Contributed to the development of Place Gare Viger, a 1M sq. ft mixed-use urban campus featuring historic railway station and hotel located in Old Montreal from conception to construction; retrofit of heritage buildings into 130,000 sq. ft of award-winning office space, 150,000 sq. ft of new office space, 326 residential units, 177 hotel rooms, 25,000 sq. ft of retail, and 36,000 sq. ft central courtyard.

Spearheaded the execution of lead acquisition strategy by partnership with real estate brokers for commercial/office and retail components of project including organization and coordination of press relations, promotional activities, and launch events to engage with brokerage community of Montreal.

Provided robust support to key members in negotiating major commercial and retail leases as well as formulated and delivered proposals to potential tenants.

Represented organizational development interests in Montreal among city councilors, city staff, neighboring communities, and industry associations.

Rolled-out innovative concept and supervised development of two branded hotels in Montreal by interfacing with interior designers, architects, and hotel banners.

Took personal responsibility for repositioning of three boutique hotels and two F&B outlets across South Beach, Miami.
