Created and deployed brand identity. Attained sources of funding. Published research results to scientific community internationally: Dr. Éthier and Dr. Benomar and presented results at multiple (sexual health) medical summits across Europe, North-America and Latin-America.

Built new self-testing centers and brought them to 90%+ occupancy in just six months; directed design and construction, staff recruitment and training, and leasing teams.

Led public relations and delivered high-stakes presentations to Quebec Ministry of Public Health and Social Services as well as Collège de Médecins du Québec and acquired approval and coverage of services by public healthcare system.

Acquired 2500+ new patients by organizing 'Dépistafest'; the first sexual health festival in Canada in collaboration with 'Club Sexu'.

Planned and launched digital product for medical professional and patients in collaboration with consultant developer team.

Contributed to the development of Place Gare Viger, a 1M sq. ft mixed-use urban campus featuring historic railway station and hotel located in Old Montreal from conception to construction; retrofit of heritage buildings into 130,000 sq. ft of award-winning office space, 150,000 sq. ft of new office space, 326 residential units, 177 hotel rooms, 25,000 sq. ft of retail, and 36,000 sq. ft central courtyard.

Spearheaded the execution of lead acquisition strategy by partnership with real estate brokers for commercial/office and retail components of project including organization and coordination of press relations, promotional activities, and launch events to engage with brokerage community of Montreal.

Provided robust support to key members in negotiating major commercial and retail leases as well as formulated and delivered proposals to potential tenants.

Represented organizational development interests in Montreal among city councilors, city staff, neighboring communities, and industry associations.

Rolled-out innovative concept and supervised development of two branded hotels in Montreal by interfacing with interior designers, architects, and hotel banners.

Took personal responsibility for repositioning of three boutique hotels and two F&B outlets across South Beach, Miami.

Performed record-keeping of executive statutory meetings.

Spearheaded email campaigns for owned markets and redevelopment of regional re-engagement campaigns with weekly opt-in sends and email testing to Uber’s existing rider base across Canadian market.

Introduced uberX, uberXL, and uberSELECT products and ensured seamless transformation of Uber platform into transportation market leader in Montreal.

Promptly responded to support and marketing inquiries and answered 4,200+ customer support inquiries per month to resolve trip and app issues.

Raised brand awareness through creation and implementation of brand experiences for promotional campaigns both online and through strategic partnerships.
