Pier 9 Casino is an urban waterfront casino located on the Delaware River in Penns Landing Philadelphia.  It is approximately 70,000 square feet including a mezzanine level with 14 VIP guest rooms.  It includes a small cafe with a bar and kitchen, central lounge space with a circular bar, and a large scale restaurant with outdoor seating on the deck overlooking the scenic views of the Ben Franklin Bridge.  Parking is available across the street, and docks have been provided for those who wish to arrive by boat.  3D renderings were built using Rhino and rendered in 3DS Max, and a physical model was built using white acrylic.  A construction document set was also completed using AutoCad.
