The Organization of the American States

The Organization of the American States  (OAS) in Washington, DC has had a long-standing historic connection with H2L2. H2L2's founding partner, Paul Philippe Cret, designed the Pan American Union Building, now the headquarters for the OAS, as his first US commission in 1908. As part of the OAS's 10 and 15 year master plans, the firm was hired to explore several master plan options which included the fit out of the Administration Building into a museum and library, the relocation of the administration offices, the development of a café & visitor center, and underground parking.

I was responsible for developing renderings and presentations to the OAS for their future master plan(s), including defining program space (5,000 - 62,000 SF per programmable space).
