Located in the Graduate Hospital neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA and just south of Center City, this ground up custom single family 4-story home provides a ground floor with entry, 1-car garage, powder room and den with fireplace. The second floor boosts the main living area and includes a kitchen sectioned off with custom, retractable Austrian glass doors and hardware, a dining area, and living room with fireplace and deck. The third floor contains two bedrooms connected by a steam shower with separate wall mounted toilets and sinks while the top floor is dedicated to the bedroom suite, complete with deck access. The facade is a mixture of Rheinzink metal cladding, stone, and brick that incorporates iron ore to provide its unique coloring. The rear facade consist of a high performance sheathing to create an effective vapor seal and air barrier.

As a freelance architectural designer and project manager, I developed and managed the Revit model, created presentations for the neighborhood review board, developed construction drawing issuances including permitting, and oversaw procurement of materials, finishes, & appliances.
