The building tries to make the most out of the urban conditions (sizes, orientation, maximum occupation, etc.) and of the required program for the building: Apartments for young investigators of the Córdoba University - Small units with the basics.

The hole ground floor is used for retail (as required) and the entrance, that connects with the upper levels, generating here a public corner connected to the park on front. Focused on this entrance and the vertical core around it (lifts and stairs) a system of corridors to access the apartments is set, with footbridges connecting units and allowing the users to make different paths.

Apartment units are reduced to its minimum elements, for just one single person or a couple. The unit grid does not appear in the façades, made of brick in white and black. Each unit has its entrance and a small balcony in a different material.
