24 social houses, each 90m2. The disposition in U shape generates a private street that acts like a communal courtyard. This way, all units have a garden facing the outer streets, as a buffer.

All units are divided in two halves that use withe brick and dark ceramic gres tiles , generating a repetitive pattern that helps understanding the position of the entrance and the garages.

Despite the tight areas, the project does not refuse to enrich the spatial quality of the interior: The staircase is open to the living/dining room, and a gap on the ceiling lets the light come in from above.
