The main issue in this project was the developing of two different skins for two clearly separated parts of a building: Department stores on one hand and cinemas on the other.

The solution consists of a layered skin that helps controlling shading and connects the interior and the exterior (usually closed).

The building is connected to a parking lot and to the nearby shopping mall by means of two different footbridges.
