An investigation into Grasshopper and CNC fabrication led to an exercise in creating an everyday object. This object was a clock based on components that could be repurposed. A found piece of cedar was used, that previous routing has occurred. Taking note of the voids, I utilized Grasshopper to place limits on the size of the surface. The different parameters has to be created, with a revolved curve around a center axis. Movement of the control points were limited to the x and z axis. The script was simplified to future use. Once completed, a sustainable sealant was applied to preserve the wood.
