Reviewed with project architect bid results and original estimate with original scope of work to determine if adjustments are required. Attended project meetings and developed meeting minutes for duration of construction. Performed review of submittals for compliance and project site visits, documenting issues in report for construction manager and owner. Necessitated review of questions from the contractor, determining the best course of action, with the project architect. Advocated for the use of UAV technology beyond marketing, allowing UAV use firm wide, for a variety of services.

American Legion Leadership College, Western NY, Leadership College

The Leadership College is an annual week long program, where members of the American Legion learn valuable leadership management skills to grow their local posts upon return. This College is vital for future Commanders at the local, county and district level. Providing this course is pivotal in preparing and managing a local post of members, creating plans to recruit, leveraging and expanding on community building, and the necessary command structure within the state to access the resources needed.
