I am an interdisciplinary designer and technologist based in Los Angeles. I have a background in architecture, fabrication, industrial design, and new media art. My research focuses on the creative intersections of technology, globalization, urbanism and ecology. It has has included interactive public art, consumer products, robotic installations, architectural designs and proposals for large urban interventions.

-Project manager responsible for the design, fabrication and installation of major
public art commissions in Los Angeles, Suzhou China, Auckland NZ, New Orleans,
Salt Lake City, Philadelphia and elsewhere.
-Managed teams of 4-10 designers and art fabricators.
-Project budgets ranged from $150k to $450k.
-Utilized Rhino, Grasshopper, Autocad, Sketchup, Revit, as well as Adobe CC, and
game engine based renderers (Lumion, Twinmotion, unreal engine) as well as
various cloud based project management tools.

-Project manager and Designer responsible for the creation of highly complex
feature walls, sculptural building products, lighting systems, and public art.
-Clients included IBM, Nike, Google, Intel, Deloitte, Lululemon, Gensler, SOM,
HKS, Bora Architect and others. Abbreviated project and client list below.
-Managed a team of 5-8 designers and engineers, along with all timelines and
budgets. Project budgets ranged from $150k to $1m, and typically managed 4-6
projects simultaneously. Oversaw all shop drawings and engineering.
-Utilized Salesforce, Asana, Bluebeam/Procore, as well as Rhino, Grasshopper,
Solidworks and Adobe CC.
-Dealt directly with Clients and consultants, and was responsible for product
launches and marketing material.

Ripbang Studios, a Division of NELSON, Los Angeles, CA, US, Technical Designer

-Design lead on a 300’ long stainless steel viking themed fan experience outside
of US Bank Stadium Minneapolis.
-Designer on clubs and restaurants for the Anaheim Angeles, Minnesota Wild,
and Durham Bulls.
-Managed proposals for fan experience master plans for major league teams
(confidential), as well as for visitor facility interiors at Yosemite and Grand
Canyon National Parks.
-Designer on campus wayfinding systems for GAF, The Current, and Elevon
Campus El Segundo and Disney Shanghai.
-Developed a 3d digital wayfinding system for the Cisco campus in San Jose
-Utilized Sketchup, Autocad, Revit, Rhino, Adobe CC, as well as Vray, Lumion. -- -Familiarity with the Deltek ERP for resource planning, and was responsible for
managing Construction Documents through multiple phases.
-Ensured projects complied with building codes and the ADA.

and interiors for a variety of clients.
-Projects include furniture systems, fixtures and showrooms for, Giant
Pixel, United Talent Agency, GitHub, Amazon, Jacobs, and others.
-Developed casework and furniture concepts and for Architects including O+A, -
Shubin Donaldson, Rapt Studio, and others.

-Light Span, a 270’ long pedestrian bridge embedded with a reactive LED lighting
system in Memphis TN.
-Relax: A series of interactive spaces along an airport corridor at Denver
International Airport.
-Skate 1.0, sound and light experience, A+D museum, Los Angeles.
-Flight Path, Edmonton International Airport, Alberta, , a 600’ long reactive lighting
-Utilized 3ds max, Adobe CS, autocad, Rhino, Solidworks, and Autodesk
Architecture, along with Java, Python, and Lighting Show design software.

-Designs and CDs for Santa Monica Animal shelter.
-Designs and CDs for several residences and commercial projects ranging from

Worked with community groups in rural Costa Rican villages on architectural design, planning, and community development projects. Projects included: Santa Elena Public Library Design, Monteverde Reserve Researchers Lodge, Development strategies for the Santa Elena City Center, Storm water management plan for Los Llanos City Center, A regional community center and day care.

Boston Valley Terra Cotta, Orchard Park, NY, US, Product Designer

Developed components for a terra cotta ventilated rain screen facade system which has been used on major buildings around the world. Also tasked with developing promotional materials, 3d renderings and assembly animations for the product line.
