Located adjacent to the Şehit Fethi Sekin Park in the Mansuroğlu neighborhood of Bayraklı, the plot has been designed as an energy-efficient, sustainable building that harmonizes with the surrounding structures. The design features gardens on each floor and landscaped elements within a ground-level gallery space. Not only does the project address the area’s parking needs, but its unique architectural approach also distinguishes it from typical regional parking structures, adding value to the locality. The ground floor is dedicated to municipal services, while the building encompasses eight floors of parking, including the rooftop.
