The Amazon subsidiary, Ring, is a home security company to be located in Hawthorne, CA. The project is an adaptive re-use of two existing 18,000ft² warehouse buildings sandwiching a two-story atrium addition featuring two adult olive trees, a sculptural entry stair, and a double-height terraced seating area. The existing + new construction totals upwards of 60,000ft² of habitable area, including a 2,000ft² full-service commercial kitchen for the tech company's employees.
