The Christiana Condo was a renovation of a 350 sf efficiency apartment. To maximize space, we lofted the bed to create room for a desk, a closet, and a combo washer/dryer. Furthermore, built-ins were added to the whole west side of the condo to maximize storage space and provide an architectural accent.
