One Park Avenue was a 600,000 square meter development that consisted of a 550-meter tall tower, three podium buildings, and a substantial underground parking structure. I was responsible for the tower portion of the design, with a program of approximately 1/3 office space, 1/3 residential, and 1/3 hotel. The hotel began on the 80th floor and contained an atrium that extended from the 80th to the 108th floor. The top level was an amazing event space with a glass ceiling and priceless views.
