Intelligence Community Campus (Please tell me it is LEED Certified)

The Army Corps won’t say which agencies would be based at the site [National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s headquarters] beyond that it’s working with the DIA on the proposal.

    But...

A rendering of the project, however, shows a mock directory suggesting the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Central Intelligence Agency, the National Security Agency, the Drug Enforcement Agency and the Federal Bureau of Investigation all as prospective tenants. But a spokeswoman for the Army Corps said Skidmore Owings & Merrill (SOM), the firm that designed the rendering, included those agencies purely for illustrative purposes.

    Oops!

Do you mean LEED Certified? Accreditation is given to the LEED professionals.

About this Blog

A bezoar is a mass of disparate pieces and materials. For this blog, you will find something somewhere between tweet-length posts and tumblelogging; inchoate thoughts; provocations and assorted scraps that don't fit anyplace else; criticisms of a political and geographic variety; ecoaffective ramblings; spatial imaginaries that don't conform. On Twitter: @AlJavieera; 1/3rd of @Demilit; bookmarked content: @AJFavorite.
