The project concerns the redevelopment and renovation of an old private residence in Versilia, Tuscany. The renovations in this villa (a holiday house from the early 60s), involved the large and bright living room, the kitchen (of which the original brickwork has been maintained, the master bedroom and the bathroom. they are represented by the material/chromatic combinations of polished concrete for the floors with the walnut wood of the fixtures and wardrobes, combined with the soft beige of the walls.

Il progetto riguarda la riqualificazione ed il rinnovamento di una residenza estiva dei primi anni '60 in Versilia, Toscana. Gli interventi di ristrutturazione in questa residenza estiva, hanno interessato il soggiorno, ampio e luminoso; la cucina, di cui è stata mantenuta l'originaria muratura in mattoni; la camera padronale e il bagno. Caratteristiche preponderanti dell'intervento sono rappresentate dagli accostamenti materici e cromatici: grigio cemento ambrato-lucido per i pavimenti unito al noce degli infissi e delle armadiature, con il beige tenue delle pareti come sfondo.
