The loft is located in a building in the historic center of Mantova city, 100 kilometers far from Milan. The apartment of 72 square meters has been redesigned according to the customer's requirements, with a central studio-room box formed by walls in blocks of recycled plastic mixed with glass polymers. The room separates the living area, formed by a spacious living room with kitchenette in the supporting wall; from the sleeping area, consisting of the bedroom, closet-room and bathroom. The project guidelines are dictated by the three main colors: ivory, gray and burnished iron, in a mix of classic-retrò design and modern design.
