The structural refurbishment and re-cladding of this 1950s bomb-infill site, originally built after a bomb hit during WW2, has seen close attention paid to the details including the Pyrolave cladding system and new and exposed M&E services, a newly orientated passenger lift accessing all levels including the roof level, new windows, new stair linking the ground floor and lower ground floor suites, and the provision of extensive cycling facilities to suit the new techie tenants now prevalent in this area of town.
