This project proposes the conversion of seven WWII forts located in the Thames Estuary to create a luxury hotel, spa and events facility.  The scheme will create c. 45 guestrooms located within the original gun towers along with restaurant, bar and banqueting space.

The facility will be serviced by a catamaran from St Katherines Dock, Southend and Whitstable on the nearby Kent coast, as well as helicopter access provided on the roof of the control tower.
