Design and construction 

It is a single-story house with an area of 160 m² (approximately 1,722 square feet). The concept includes a front garden with a hidden entrance, where the entry axis guides you on where to go, but the journey itself is a discovery. The house incorporates high-end components while being cost-effective, maintaining a sense of exclusivity.
