The house measures 230 m² (approximately 2,475 square feet) with a front of 6 meters (approximately 19.7 feet) and is attached to the lateral and rear boundaries. Designed with the intention of saving money, the goal was to create an exclusive building at a low cost. The design aims to maximize natural light, featuring two patios: one in the front, shared with the parking area, and one in the rear to allow light into the bathrooms, but primarily into the bedrooms.
