In collaboration with Kobi Karp (Fabio Bettazzi), this groundbreaking mixed-use project in Miami spans 138,000 square feet, comprising 100 residential units and 15,000 square feet of commercial space. Featuring an avant-garde design and a strategic blend of residential and commercial areas, it reflects our commitment to innovation and excellence, contributing to Miami's dynamic urban landscape. I was responsible for designing the master plan, the aesthetic aspects, and the modeling of the building. The software used in the development of the project included Revit and Corona Engine in 3D Max.
