Orange, CA
Opening to overwhelmingly positive reception, this 467-unit mixed-use project embodies all the sophistication and convenience of urban living.
The project connects to an existing open air mall via an inviting plaza, which contains a LEED Platinum pavilion, outdoor seating and a series of cascading fountains. At the ground level, boutique retail and hip restaurants circle the plaza in a subtle curve. A contemporary clock tower heralds the presence of this highly active scene to the surrounding area.
Another focal point, the double height residential lobby sits at the terminus of an entry drive away from the retail plaza. The theme of a luxurious Italianate village carries throughout the classically-scaled architecture, the stone and plasterwork and elegant detailing.
Upscale apartment homes, from studios to three-bedroom flats, establish street façades as they wrap around a hierarchy of six lush courtyards and a freestanding parking structure. Innovative interlocking unit plans and lofts accommodate a wide array of lifestyles.
Unique residential features include direct access to the retail plaza through a vaulted, access-controlled corridor furnished with lounge seating. A double-sided resident lounge links the pool deck to a courtyard for alfresco dining.
This project is now a preferred destination for renters and shoppers alike.
