Alterpex was to scan and collect detailed data on the current state of a single-family home and its site.
Furthermore, the project entailed various elements, such as designing a future garage addition that would be approximately 1004 sqft and creating an overall design for the backyard to make it useful and attractive.
The scope of work ensured that every aspect of the current property was accurately documented to inform the design and planning of both the new garage and the backyard upgrades, aligning with the client's vision and practical needs.
