Casa Joaquin accommodates 36 students annually and is situated near UC Berkeley. The residence has a history of aiding first-generation, low-income UC Berkeley students, aiming to boost their enrollment and graduation rates.

Alterpex completed the following tasks for two dormitory buildings:

1. Scanned and collected existing condition data
2. Developed a virtual 360° walkthrough tour (digital twin)
3. Created a 3D Revit model
4. Produced a comprehensive as-built set of plan
