42,000 SF addition to an existing elementary school in Chicago's Forest Glen neighborhood. Project scope includes 18 classroom and a new cafeteria. Designed to meet LEED Silver designation, sustainable features include green roof over 50% of the roof area, photovoltaic panels on the roof monitors, a bio-swale and native plantings.
