There has been an acknowledged need for greater connectivity across the Thames for many years. Our proposal is for a new pedestrian bridge which is entirely funded by private money by allowing development above the bridge. It will be one of a number in select locations.

The river presents a great opportunity to add to London’s housing needs. There are fewer overlooking and adjacency issues so development can be taller. The views up and down the river from the apartments will be fantastic and will make the properties highly desirable. Sitting above the apartments is a world-class destination 200-seat restaurant with an indoor roof garden.

There will be a ground floor retail space across the length of the bridge which will be a continuation of the hugely successful borough market.
