WBCM providing architectural design, interior design, construction documents and construction phase services for the new Chesapeake Hills Golf Course Clubhouse. The 8,150SF facility draws on the local Calvert County barn aesthetic for inspiration for both the interior and exterior design of the building. Program for the building includes office, kitchens, proshop, ADA compliant bathroom facilities, Bar/Grille and a large interior banquet hall for weddings and events. WBCM produced renderings of the exterior and interior and provided material samples to Calvert County to explain the design intent and ensure client satisfaction.
