Conseptually the idea behind this project was to cut through the site creating a continuous flow that would bridge Washington and Culver City Blvd. This Performing Arts Center is to serve as a gathering space for various social activities. By providing entertainment space outside as well as inside the facility is able to attract pedestrians who can freely lounge about the courtyard.
