The city of Belgrade has a growing young skateboard community that is in need of sponsorship in order to grow and flourish. With only one outdated skate park at their disposal the kids of Belgrade have very limited resources. The city itself offers little skate opportunity because of its aged design and rare new skate friendly construction. The existing park obstacles are constructed out of wood and a synthetic surface material, materials that are exposed to Belgrade’s seasonal environment, which along with local vandalism and theft has taken a significant toll on the parks performance over the years. What we are proposing is to take 1/2 of the site (approximately 10,000 sq.ft.) and replace the existing wooden obstacles with a brand new long lasting self-sustaining concrete skate park. Once completed it would become the FIRST and ONLY concrete skate park in the Belgrade, Serbia. The images and drawings illustrated on this website serve as a conceptual design proposal for what the final product would look like once its completion. With your help we can bring a new generation of skateboarders to this part of the world into the 21st century.
