The plan comprises a 40-storey WTC tower, AAA corporate office towers, residential towers, underground parking, a 40,000 m² shopping galleria, the Capital Mall, convention center and a landmark internationally branded 200 key hotel. Residents, workers and guests will enjoy private access to the galleria.

Renato has lead the concept masterplan coordinating straightly with Client’s development team and architectural teams in Dubai and London. Construction of is currently underway.
