This educational facility will be a world‐class centre of crisis management training. The objective driving the development is to provide for a vibrant community by mixing uses within the limits of the given program. The program included educational, training, logistics, and residential, recreational and civic components, plus 300 state of the art training rooms for a population of 4,500 students and 600 staff.
