The project involves the planning of former agricultural lands near a major city in Brazil. The project’s vision is to be a new model of sustainable neighborhood and an alternative to the most common model of expansion of peripheral areas of urban centers.

The concept sought a sustainable and high quality community with a wide range of home and office types as well as cultural and leisure activities. The conceptual alternatives have taken into account the best way to organize the development, its complementarity with existing surrounding developments, restoration and conservation of the natural environment, expanding the best features of the project area, integrating with adjacent areas and achieving a community fully organized and supported by innovative transport systems and sustainable infrastructure practices.
