Considerably one of my best projects, The Alta Vista Culture center was a project in which I was tasked to create a multipurpose space within specific parameters. I was to design a culture center space using a large rectangle of 242' x 75' which includes kitchen, lease spaces, mechanical rooms, restroom, roof garden, storage, exercise room, and a lounge room. The 1st floor would contain lease spaces, mechanical room, storage, outside patios and a lobby space of 1000 sq ft. The 2nd floor would contain exhibit areas, research areas, archives, lease spaces, kitchen, lobby, mechanical room, multipurpose room, storage, and an outdoor space. The 3rd floor would contain an outdoor space, lounge room, exercise room, lobby and 6 studios that would be leased to students or teachers that would like to stay close to campus.
