Interior Work - New café in the Science Park.
Construction work on new buildings and renovations has been ongoing in the Science Park for many years, and LINK arkitektur won a competition for the task of creating a new café in the oldest building.
The concept is based on the idea of creating an internal "green lung" as a natural meeting place for staff and visitors. Strong use of colour, wallpaper and furnishings are largely a contrast to the building in general. It is an attractive and pleasant place, in which it is comfortable both to sit and work or to take a well-deserved break. The furnishings are varied and invite socialization, while it also provides opportunities for those who prefer to sit alone.
The café is also equipped with 5 meeting rooms that can be booked at any time. This combination is innovative and we can see that this could be a concept for the future.
