Holistic City is an urban integration project which not only seeks to create a more urban development, but  understanding the role of the city in its most elemental, cultural, social and physical state, that occur among the participants, understand the current  and traditional issues that affect both, spaces and individuals in a specific area. And to achieve this we use the utopia as a design tool,H the term would shape according to the needs of a particular locality, the utopia that by definition creates a situation of optimism unattainable should then be used as a means and not as an end, I'm saying, once you understand that the "utopia" is unattainable, can be used as a catalyst for social change, a change with the power to break some paradigms established by years and years of social ignorance.
