The design and construction of a new 12,852 square foot Camping World Retail Sales building, as well as the partial demolition and renovation of the existing 15,674 square foot Camping World building. The new construction portion of this project will take place in the lot adjacent to the existing building and will be used as the new retail and RV sales area. Renovations include damaged existing exterior walls and service bays. TCI - Architects/Engineers/Contractor has partnered with Oppidan Investment Company developers for this and other Camping World projects in the past.
