Homeowners in the city of Plantation, Florida decided to expand their home after learning they were expecting a second child. The addition allowed for an enlarged master bedroom with walk-in closet, as well as a new second floor addition dedicated to the relocation of the home office of the homeowner. The main foyer for the staircase is a 10’x10’ room, therefore a spiral staircase was placed to access the second floor. With the combination of natural beech wood treads and brushed stainless steel elements, the finish product emulated elegance with the detailed connections and finishes. The connections used were our signature olive detail connections.
