Homeowners of this residential home in Aventura, Florida received a sleek and sharp new design for their newly renovated home. This stair design features white oak treads to match the flooring on the second level, a stainless steel flat-bar handrail, and frame-less glass railings which continue onto the second floor guardrails. On the exterior balcony we installed laminated glass railings which was top mounted with an aluminum base shoe and covered with stainless steel cladding. Also, a stainless steel cap rail was top mounted to each exterior glass panel for added rigidity.
