The homeowners purchased this 1940’s Bungalow style home in the islands of Miami Beach. Embarking on a renovation project that would take them two years to complete. The staircase was one of the last items on their list. The new design required to knock down walls that were no longer needed and open up the stairwell with glass railings and an elegant curved handrail. By maintaining powder coated elements for the glass cap rail and wall-mount handrail, the final product complimented the property’s original character, while adding the contemporary touch the homeowners desired.
